Tuchangzhong, male, was born in 1962. He is the chairman of Yikai Group, who has collage education background. He is the committee of Chinese Republic Construction Congress, committee of Chinese Political Consultative Conference, senior engineer, senior economist, and academician of Hong Kong International Royal Social Science Academy, 1st Chinese Honorary Economic Doctor, Visiting Professor of Jiangxi Broadcast and TV Collage.
In 1991, Tuchangzhong established Changsheng Transformer Factory, cooperating with Jiangxing Electronic Controller Factory, which made Changsheng to be one of the countable big transformer enterprises from a 7 people factory. He invested in Shanghai strategically in 1996, through buying Yikai Electronic Science Institute and 1st Switch Factory. Then he established Yikai Investing Group, being its chairman from 1996 to now.
Under his leadership, Yikai group grew fast and became a leading enterprise in Chinese private enterprises.
