Since we bought national enterprise Xin’an River Switch Manufacturer and Shanghai Oxygen Circle Transformer Manufacturer, we have focused on the reformation and multi-investment. We have formed a main body of producing industrial electronics, and involved with multi-investment, such as garden virescence, real estate investment, international trade, and hotel service, gaining glorious achievement. Nowadays, our group is facing the third evolution. We believe that we would gain more splendid achievement under the support of the whole society and the endeavor of the whole clerks.
Strategic Target：
Position: major in industry, multi-investment as branches
Target: To be a big investment and stock holder company via buying stock, controlling stock and holding stock periodically. We are trying our best to be the best investment group and international investment brand.

Development idea：
We will build up Yikai brand, seizing the opportunity of the national reformation on industrial policy, standing on the base of strengthening risk control, enhancing investment in high-tech through capital management and reformation of industry construction, improving continuous innovative ability and competitive ability and keeping the stable development. Relying on capital management, capital dealing and resource conforming, we will develop our investment company to be a financing platform for the developing of Shanghai and the investment board of the municipal government, quadrupling the capital to 3 billion Yuan from 7500 million Yuan what we have possess.
Middle and Long Term Target：
First step: on the base of Qiandao Lake IT projects, Yikai 5-star Hotel, Heze construction, Changshu reformation and Jiujiang reformation of industrial district, we will invest 7500 million Yuan within 5 years, quadrupling the whole capital to 1.5 billion.
Second step: on the base of electronic projects, commercial exploitation and transportation construction, we will invest 1.5 billion Yuan within 5 years, quadrupling the whole capital to 3 billion.
We will build up 3-5 1000-million-Yuan-taxed stock share companies, making the tax level up to 3000 million Yuan and above. Then Yikai will grow up to be a big and real stock sharing, stock controlling and stock holding periodically investment and stock share company and the best investment group and a world-class investment brand.
